We are a team of independent Human Resources, Coaching and Development Consultants, based in Surrey providing flexible, pragmatic support and solutions for small and medium businesses and larger organisations locally and wider afield.
With over 20 years of experience in a range of HR, training and coaching related services including: Recruitment and Selection, Career Coaching and Mentoring, Management and Staff Training and Development and the main aspects of Employment Law, SJS HR Consulting is well equipped to work closely with your business and understand your needs and culture.
With a background of over 20 years of corporate life, within a wide range of HR related functions, there isn’t too much that she hasn’t come across when dealing with employee related issues. Prior to that, she worked for British Airways at Heathrow managing the front line Customer Service teams. As well as most employment law related matters, Sarah also very much enjoys working on growing the business in relation to re-structuring, recruitment, talent management and succession planning. She works in an open transparent fashion, and building a strong relationship and delivering on expectations is key to the ethos of her business.
In addition, Sarah is a qualified stress advisor with over ten years experience. She provides stress management training and also 1-2-1 support for individuals, using a practical, flexible modular-based programme with a proven track record of success.
Julie is a highly experienced coach with a passion for developing others. She has a very strong track record of working with clients to achieve their career vision and goals. Her areas of specialism are career coaching, talent development, leadership development, on-boarding to new roles and outplacement. She has a commercial background, having worked for organisations such as Compass and Smith & Nephew in various marketing roles. In her role as a Career Coach, she has built up an impressive list of clients including: Nestle, Unilever, Unicef, HSBC, Siemens, Tesco, Simply Health, Barclays, Telefonica and CSC.
Her style is personable, challenging, creative and professional. She has a natural ability to create an environment of trust and openness with her clients.
